• Represented an Indonesian Chinese family the deployment and structuring of their cash/ assets in the Asia Pacific Region. The structure was established to enable to acquisition of new assets, the injection of existing businesses and the commencement of development of existing assets. Provisions were made to address the needs of participating and non-participating members who were resident in various countries. Proposals were made for the investment of unappropriated profits through various investment products which conformed to the risk appetite of the principals.
  • Represented a Malaysian family in the distribution and structuring of their inheritance. It involved balancing the interests of persons in 5 different jurisdictions across a wide range of real-estate and investment assets.
  • Represented an Asian family from the UK who was desirous of deploying seed capital into Asia to kick off a number of prospective businesses. As it was a large family the interests of the participating and non-participating members had to be addressed and a robust wealth holding structure had to deployed to enable proceeds to be shared and for capital to be raised via the securitization of the assets.
